Jamie Viramontes
Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Jamie Viramontes, Founder & CEO at Konnect brings more than 25 years of experience to Konnect clients. Jamie started his career in recruiting where he built a foundation and a passion for connecting people to their employer environment. As Jamie worked his way up to the c-suite serving as CHRO for several companies including Forever 21 and UCI Health, he helped leaders navigate challenges by removing business barriers and implementing new processes and programs that are still in place today. As an established executive known for creating a culture of engagement and increasing retention rates, Jamie holds expertise in all areas of human resources and across industries including food & beverage, finance, hospitality, healthcare, entertainment, retail and tech. Jamie has worked for both nonprofit and Fortune 500 organizations including at Chipotle where he served as VP of HR and at JPMorgan Chase & Co.  As a small business owner himself, Jamie understands the nuisances associated with growing and scaling business while maintaining focus on people and compliance. Further, Jamie created Konnect’s business model with the capacity to service small or large companies through its ‘Center of Excellence’ approach and five-star service. Konnect’s team consists of dedicated experts selected by Jamie through direct connections or experience working together in previous roles providing Konnect clients with the best service and brightest talent in each sector and industry. Jamie attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona for his undergraduate education and holds an Executive MBA from University of California, Irvine where he attended The Paul Merage School of Business.

Jessica Davis, COO at Konnect is a proven leader with a track record for growing organizations and its people with an innovative approach to merging operations, training, development, systems and processes. Bringing her passion for people with her experience in organizational development, Jessica brings Konnect and its clients creative solutions to help streamline, scale, and motivate the workforce while driving global business goals. With more than 15 years of experience working for companies across industries including retail, hospitality, automotive, EV, and technology Jessica understands high-growth environment demands and the importance of analytical partnerships to establish sustainable solutions for long term success, employee engagement and sales growth. During her time at Forever 21, Chipotle, Rivian and ASICS, Jessica built hundreds of learning modules and drove global people experience initiatives. Jessica holds a degree in organizational psychology and is an accredited Mind Gym Facilitator, Gallup Strengths Finder Coach, and Certified EQ Facilitator. Jessica thrives on creating connection for Konnect clients and is known for her skilled coaching, expert facilitation and execution of high-profile business transformations.

Head of Sales
Ben has dedicated his career to fostering strong, meaningful relationships and achieving exceptional results. With a successful background in software and marketing sales, he has thrived both as a leader and an individual contributor. His strategic and curious mindset drives them to constantly seek improvement and innovation, delivering solutions to complex problems—a skill honed by their diverse education in Philosophy and Biochemistry. Ben’s impressive track record includes multiple years of seven-figure sales across various industries, underpinned by a data-driven approach. He is passionate about making a significant impact on the business and those around him. His goal is to lead a sales organization, helping others grow and succeed. Known for his commitment to a positive and productive work environment, Ben acts as a culture thermostat. They stay ahead of the curve by embracing the latest technology and believe in relational sales that benefit all parties involved.

Kristin Fick
Director, Systems & Projects
Kristin Fick, Director of Systems & Projects at Konnect brings more than a decade of experience working in sales, customer service, operations and human resources to Konnect’s clients. With an expertise in retail and automotive, Kristin has worked for large corporations including ASICS, Houzz, Forever 21 and Rivian. As a Six Sigma Certified analytical leader, Kristin is skilled at navigating complex system structures and implementing improvements resulting in increased profitability and performance. Kristin is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton where she studied communications and traveled the world as a member of University of Virginia’s Semester at Sea program. In addition, Krisitn received her CERT training through FEMA and holds a variety of certifications from the California Fire Service Training and Education System.

Kaitlin Viramontes
Marketing Coordinator
Kaitlin Viramontes gained valuable experience working with notable brands such as Forever 21 and Jamba Juice, where she honed her skills in business and customer engagement. Kaitlin is continuing her education in business and marketing at Fullerton College, further deepening her expertise. In addition to her professional work, Kaitlin has an extensive background in cheerleading, both as a coach and a competitive athlete. This experience has instilled in her a deep appreciation for teamwork and strong collaboration, skills that she seamlessly integrates into her marketing efforts. Passionate about marketing, particularly social media, Kaitlin excels at crafting compelling brand stories. Her creative energy, combined with her business acumen, makes her a valuable asset to the Konnect team.
